Naseer Shamma performs "Here is Life" at the Global Oud Forum 2021 which was held virtually due to the covid pandemic and was part of the Abu Dhabi Festival season for the year. The oud is considered a fatherly instrument to many of today's popular stringed instruments, such as the guitar and the violin and yet widely absent in today's instrumental landscape. Amid the Palm Trees, pronounced: "Bain al Nakheel" in the Arabic language performed in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia at the King Abdelaziz Center for World Culture in the glorious Ithra theatre with the 2350BC Orchestra in December 2018.
